1.2 You represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

1.3 You may not use the Platform if you are subject to any sanctions, embargoes, or are located in a jurisdiction where participation in Play-to-Earn gaming, cryptocurrency use, or digital asset trading is prohibited by law.

2.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your country or region.

3.3 S.A.I.G.E. does not store or control private keys to any user wallet. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and any digital assets it contains.

3.4 You agree that S.A.I.G.E. may suspend or terminate access to your account in the event of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.

5.1 You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Platform ("User Content"), including games, art, characters, and storylines, subject to the license granted below.

5.3 You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may include material similar to or derived from third-party content. S.A.I.G.E. does not guarantee the originality or non-infringing nature of AI-generated content.

5.4 You agree not to submit or distribute any content that infringes or violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

(a) Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;

(b) Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation;

(c) Circumvent security measures or access restricted areas;

(d) Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or misleading activity involving digital tokens;

(e) Use automation or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.

7.1 The Platform may issue or distribute digital rewards or tokens ("Rewards") for user participation. Rewards have no inherent monetary value and are not intended as securities, investments, or guarantees of profit.

7.2 The market value of any tradable token associated with the Platform may fluctuate independently of S.A.I.G.E.'s control. You acknowledge that token prices are volatile and may lose all value.

7.3 Rewards are earned solely based on Platform participation metrics and are not wages, salaries, or income.

7.4 You are responsible for determining any tax obligations arising from your receipt, sale, or use of Rewards or tokens.

7.5 S.A.I.G.E. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards system at any time.

8.1 All intellectual property in the Platform (including its software, AI models, UI/UX, branding, and system architecture) is owned by S.A.I.G.E. and its licensors.

8.2 Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

8.3 The S.A.I.G.E. name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of S.A.I.G.E. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

9.1 The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services such as blockchain networks, wallets, or NFT marketplaces.

9.2 S.A.I.G.E. is not responsible for the actions, terms, or privacy policies of any third party.

9.3 Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, S.A.I.G.E., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

11.2 In no event shall S.A.I.G.E.'s total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the Platform within the past six (6) months.

11.3 Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of liability for specific damages; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

13.1 S.A.I.G.E. may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

13.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall immediately cease.

14.1 S.A.I.G.E. operates as a decentralized, global digital platform without a designated jurisdiction.

14.2 These Terms shall be governed by general principles of international digital commerce and fair use.

14.3 In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith communication via info@saige.world.

14.4 If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, conducted remotely in English.

14.5 Users acknowledge that S.A.I.G.E. is not subject to the jurisdiction of any specific court or regulatory body unless otherwise required by law.
